We appreciate each individual adult who has become a Horizon Member taking 10 minutes or so to share some things about themselves. While all of the requested information is completely voluntary, the basic information is how we build Horizon's online Member Directory. You may have provided some of this on the blue Visitor Card when you first visited but this is an opportunity to be sure we got it right in case something was omitted or we made an error in entering. Also, we find some of these details helpful as we look for best ways to support you while you find your niche at Horizon. Your demographic information is used for planning purposes. Only your name(s) and contact information can be viewed by other Horizon Members as part of the online Member Directory and you will have the option to hide that from other members if you prefer.
