Horizon Auction Donation Form

Best practices for donations:

  • Don’t leave the date “to be determined”

  • If event is outdoors, also provide a back-up date.

  • Don’t be bashful about your fabulous offering. Advertising works!

The following are some examples of previous offerings;

  • Second Annual Dessert Extravaganza. A consortium of dessert chefs will create a table-full of delectable desserts. From exotic fruits to Death by Chocolate - something for every taste.

  • Marty’s Pizza and Poker Game. Plenty of Pizza and Shiner’s at Marty’s annual event. Male bonding at its best!

Deadlines for submissions:

  • Preview Catalog: Noon Sunday, September 27th

  • Final Catalog: Noon on Sunday, October 4th

  • On-line submissions via this form are due by Thursday Noon, October 8th
