“Compass Points”
Our very active middle school youth group will continue its tradition of exploring the people they are and the people they want to become through the Compass Points program this year. Compass Points takes youth ages 11 to 13 on a journey through Unitarian Universalism by exploring our diverse and rich history, the Covenant of the Seven Principles, and our Six Sources. Not only will youth gain an understanding of where we come from as a Faith, but also where we hope to be going. They will begin to envision themselves as part of a religion that has a transforming message of love and justice and will decide what part they will play in that history. This year will also guide the participants in beginning to create their own Credo statements.
